Booking and Scheduling

To secure your session with PinUp Studio, advance booking is required. Bookings can be made through our website, email, or by contacting us directly via phone.

All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking your session at least two weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available.

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the scheduled session date.

Services Provided

PinUp Studio specializes in vintage-inspired photography services, including individual, couple, and group sessions. Our team works diligently to deliver high-quality results tailored to your vision.

We provide professional makeup and hairstyling services as part of select packages. Additional styling or props can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

During your session, our team will guide you to achieve the best poses and expressions that reflect the timeless elegance of the pin-up style.

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments must be made in full prior to the session. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session, provided proper notice is given.

Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or sessions cut short due to client delays or non-compliance with studio policies.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their scheduled session. This includes bringing any pre-arranged outfits or props.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parental consent is required for minors to participate in photoshoots.

Clients must adhere to the studio’s rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone involved.

Liability and Limitations

While PinUp Studio takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our clients, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings during your session.

Clients assume full responsibility for their personal items and attire. We recommend leaving valuable items at home unless necessary for the session.

Our team strives to create a safe and comfortable environment for all participants. Any concerns should be reported immediately to our staff.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a forfeited deposit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the studio in cases of emergencies.

If PinUp Studio needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
